This notice governs your use of the website at voice.pulsaros.ca (the "Site"). The Site is operated by PulsarOS Intelligence Inc., a Canadian federal corporation incorporated under the Canada Business Corporations Act (corporation number 17777191, business number 730610631RC0001) ("PulsarOS", "we", "us", or "our").
The Site provides information about, and a download of, our desktop application PulsarVoice (the "Software"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to this notice. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
This notice covers the Site itself. Your use of the Software is governed by the separate licence and privacy terms that accompany the Software.
The Site is a static, informational website. Its purpose is to describe the Software and to let you download it.
The Site, and all content on it, is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be available, uninterrupted, error free, or free of harmful components, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue the Site, or any part of it, at any time without notice.
The Site sets no cookies, runs no client-side analytics scripts, places no tracking pixels or similar identifiers, performs no cross-site tracking, and builds no advertising or behavioural profiles. Because the Site sets no cookies, there is nothing for you to consent to and no cookie preferences to manage. No consent banner is required, and none is shown.
We do keep privacy-preserving, aggregate statistics derived from our own web server logs, which any web server records in order to operate. These statistics are counts only, such as how many times pages are viewed and how many times the application is downloaded, together with broad categories such as browser versus automated bot and the language version requested. To protect your privacy, the measurement is built so that you are never identified: each visitor's IP address is anonymized the moment it is read (the final part of the address is discarded and the full address is never stored), no per-person profile is created, and we do not track you across sessions or across other sites. The measurement runs on our own sovereign infrastructure; we do not use a third-party analytics provider, and none of this data is sold or shared.
In short, we measure interest in PulsarVoice in aggregate, on our own servers, with anonymized data, and we do not track you as an individual.
The Software, and the models it uses, are downloaded from the Site. The download and use of the Software are subject to the Software's own licence terms, which you should review before installing.
The Site may link to, or direct you to, third-party download mirrors, source repositories, or other external resources. Those resources are operated by third parties and are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control them, we are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices, and a link does not imply our endorsement. Your use of any third-party resource is at your own risk and subject to that third party's terms.
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, page layouts, design elements, and the compilation of that content, is owned by PulsarOS Intelligence Inc. or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws.
The Software, its source code, its design, its application, and any models authored by PulsarOS are proprietary and remain the property of PulsarOS Intelligence Inc. The Software is not open source. Subject to its licence terms, the Software is free to download and use for personal or commercial purposes at no cost, but you may not copy, redistribute, sell, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or use it to build a competing product.
You may view and use the Site for your own information. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, frame, distribute, or otherwise exploit Site content except as permitted by applicable law or with our prior written consent. The PulsarOS and PulsarVoice names and logos may not be used without our prior written consent.
Third-party components included in or used by the Software are licensed under their respective terms, and the applicable attributions and licences are provided with the Software.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PulsarOS Intelligence Inc. and its directors, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any linked third-party resource, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in this notice excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
The Site sets no cookies and performs no client-side tracking. The aggregate statistics described in Section 3 use anonymized data and create no per-person profile. Our broader privacy commitments for the Software are set out in the Software's privacy terms.
If you believe we hold personal information about you and wish to exercise a right, contact us using the details in Section 10.
This notice and any dispute relating to the Site are governed by the laws of the Province in which PulsarOS Intelligence Inc. maintains its registered office and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that province in Canada, subject to any mandatory rights you may have under the laws of your place of residence.
We may update this notice from time to time. The version posted on the Site, bearing the effective date above, is the current version. Your continued use of the Site after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated notice.
